That is correct RR. That bullet seated to and crimped in the crimp grove will also fit Smith models 27, 28, 19, 66, 586, 686 ect. It was never intended to fit small frame guns like the models 36 or 60. That bullet was designed for MAGNUM guns and it is an excellent performer in them. When backed by enough powder, it kills deer and hogs with no problems usually giving pass through shots even through the shoulder bones. Let us know how it works for you.
