Well, the shoot plans are shaping up. Should be big fun.

A rare event - recently came across a prarie dog on our place (seems like only one) and tried to figger out how to catch it - maybe could make the PD shoot real for at least one shooter. But, was out fixing some far fence this AM and that critter popped up again in a new place. Went to the house and grabbed the only .22 sitting out and went back to fence work. Before long he popped up again about 75 yards away. This Marlin 56 has peep sight and is set for 25 yards - held a bit high and nailed his head. Big/fat one (Gunnison type) probably because he had all the grub to himself.

The PDs on the shoot targets are not that big. And, they are 200 yards out.
