Myself too,a couple of weeks after that event we were after a Black Bear out a Hartney Bay and while walking up the Creek and observed some movement about 50yards on the Grass Bank,we could not make out what it was,just as we were getting ready to climb up on the other Side a yellow Bear with Black legs stood up.We had the wind so it never smelt us,we backed out very gingerly,after we were couple hundred yards away it went into woods.
I went to the Fish and Game and asked them about Tolkat Grizzly in unit 6,they told me only Browns but one could have come the Copper River. I never heard of anybody taking one.
