I don't understand why some peopel get so upset on this topic. They work themselves into a tizzy. The mauser action was a milatary action. Noise wasn't an issue. Sako Black bear is control feed, but the safety is for hunters and quite. Not a mauser safety. I am not sure the internal mechanics.
I like the idea of gitant thumb safety. But it needs to be done with a company that cares about what it produces, down to ever level. Just an eye for detail, some lack.
