I've killed several with .223AI, call it a +p....but I've killed more while fireforming .223AI brass, which actually looses a little pressure so call it a -p. Mix in a handful with a standard .223 and it seems it works fine. I've never lost one with any of those variations and I've never caught a bullet with one of them.
