"Smokepole" is slang for a muzzleloader, which is my favorite way to hunt. Anything beyond that is just projection on your part.
Regional term I never heard used that way. So let's just pretend it's true, so it's not awkward when you are around.
I guess I am beating a dead horse. Most people would wonder why a guy would put up a picture of a horse dick, or be but buddies with horse dick people. But that doesn't insult you. I'll quit now.
