I have never hunted with certain carriages, true. But that doesn't mean I can't observe. I know it would hurt to hit my thumb with a rock, without doing it.
I can compare fps, bc, yards, and game, and come up with a guess.
In this part of the country, and other than this thread, use of 223 for deer is below 6mm and above. Never said it would not kill deer.
But some how I am a troll for giving an opinion to a question put on a forum. I was it the first to suggest a different cartidge. But I just wasn't pretty enough.
