But I think it is funnythe guy with the 223 AI. All that effort for a tiny returns. Most be desperate for a little more.
The "return" on AI'ing the 223 was mainly about less trimming for me. The rifles were going to be rebarrelled to get the twist I wanted and the AI really reduces the need to trim. ...but that only matters to folks who shoot.
