With the 243,6mm and 6mmCM not so much. The bottom line to me is the sweet spot for the varmint deer/antelope combo is the 24s hands down . Of course ymmv.


I have shot deer with quite a few different calibers/cartriges. I don't have a Kimber Montana. They're very light, shoot great, and the .223 Rem is a great round.
