Any job in the medical profession is solid gold. One of my paramedic buddies is still at it today, with 39 years under his belt. Makes 70K in rural Georgia, one day on and two days off and benefits. Not bad for a certificate from the VoTech school.
One of my paramedic buddies wanted some more respect, and pay, he went on and got his RN degree, he works in a cardiac cath lab and he takes home $1700 a week. He can work anywhere he wants to in the country.
My other paramedic buddy got his Masters in medicine he is a physicians assistant. He is working in an ER in Billings Montana I think he is making about $150K.
