Elliot, I was trying to decide on a .243 last year. I considered several, including the ones you mentioned. I finally decided on a Ruger Hawkeye, which has a 1-9” twist. I had a gunsmith adjust the trigger to a very crisp 2.5 lbs. I’ve been very impressed with its accuracy with both factory ammo and my handloads.
