Who doesn't know what a ditch is or a hot roast beef?
Everybody here knows what a ditch is, it's where you throw dead yankees.
Grits were always breakfast food where I'm from but to tell the truth I prefer them for dinner in shrimp and grits as some others have mentioned. Something creole style like this is wonderful:
