Not a chain but Cattleman s in Stockyard City is very good.....
Been to the one in Oklahoma City, best steak I've ever had.
Funny, that's where I had one of the worst steaks I've ever had.
Note: when cooking a Filet Minon rare, take it out of the freezer for a while before cooking it... nothing like a frozen center of red beef in an expensive steak.
Could have been worse - they might have thawed it in the microwave.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.
