PSE, that doesn't sound crazy at all. I don't know if PHC's stories of using a 375 H&H were a big factor for me, but I'm sure it helped! For what it's worth, my Kimber Caprivi .375 may have been bought primarily to kill a Zimbabwe buffalo, but it has done yeoman service since then on everything from hogs to nilgai and even a puny Texas whitetail doe! This is a caliber and rifle that will do it all. So enjoy yours, and who knows? You may be surprised at what happens. My first safari happened when I was 61, and I never thought I'd be able to go.
