I was kind of wondering, How many people on here have tried to take down someone and cuff them? How many people on here have tried to take down someone and cuff them that didn't want to be cuffed? How many people on here have tried to take down a 350lb. someone and cuff them that didn't want to be cuffed? Thought so.
