Reran it and got 19 vs 23 ftlbs so the SAUM has 4 lbs more recoil. In the end, what’s hilarious is the idea that 23 ftlbs of recoil is unpleasant. For my 6 year old...maybe.

In seeing hundreds of hunters come through hunting camp, I'd venture to say well over 50% of the guys shooting guns that generated much over 20 ft lbs of recoil couldn't handle the recoil, many making poor shots.
