Difference in people because I can't think of a single reason I would want more than 20" in one.
You don't think there's any reason to take advantage of the extra velocity? I can understand that in some situations it just won't matter but if I was only going to have a 20" barrel,I would think the 308 would make more sense than the 6.5 Creedmoor.
If we were talking about 150-200fps you might have point. You do realize if I'm talking about 20" and you're talking about 21-23" the difference is around 50 fps......I know this because I read it on the internet.
