I've got the 21" Creed and haven't ever wished it was longer, but have asked myself why I didn't get the 18" version a few times. I've only killed one elk with it so far but it will get a good workout this fall.

What bullet on the elk?
I plan to start with 139 Scenars, then work my way through 127 LRXs, 140 Partitions, AND 143 ELD-Xs.
140 VLD at about 2750, distance was 485 yards. Ran about 40 yards and piled up.
