In seeing hundreds of hunters come through hunting camp, I'd venture to say well over 50% of the guys shooting guns that generated much over 20 ft lbs of recoil couldn't handle the recoil, many making poor shots.



I've always been well above average. I guess a 7lb 270 Win with a punishing 21.2 lbs of recoil is just too much to handle for most of your crew. Fortunately, the bottom 50% isn't the likely customer for this rifle.
