Lots of things to do with ground turkey. Jerky, sausage, burgers, turkey fried steak, turkey parmesan. Not classic recipes using the grind, but good just the same.

Our Black Hills turkeys do not have the best diet and taste accordingly. Have shot turkeys that have been feeding heavily on corn or apples. They are surprisingly good. Not domestic turkey good, but very edible just the same.
We've ground it. Tastes like saw dust. Turkey sausage tastes like spiced saw dust. The dogs will eat it but they think cat turds taste good.
