The wyo arms rifles posted in the pics are atleast rifles. I noticed that the barrels are full length even canned. Seems like a lot of barrel whiners on the fire all lop theirs off so their gun won't be too heavy. This is the US last I knew Burns is entitled to sell his guns for whatever the market will bear.
Absolutely. I haven't seen the claim that he wasn't entitled to do so. Conversely, people that choose to ridicule him are entitled to do so.
