Besides David Walter, not one other owner on this site? I find this difficult to believe.
I have an AR I built for way less money I’m talking $2400 less and it shoots just as good as his chit. It’s all about the barrels and triggers on these AR’s.
Now that’s funny! Barrels and triggers….. It’s about the important scheit you dolt, the color of the cerakote plays a huge part just for starters.
I know a guy who rolled outta bed, burped a quick 200 rounds and then went off and won a Patrol Rifle shooting comp against other LEO from much larger departments with an off the shelf M&P.
Certain people mentioned here were there, though not competing AFAIK.
With so many makers of the AR and such a long history - there's likely little 'voodoo' left to find in the platform as originally designed.
Some are more prettier than others though.
Pretty dont count unless it is at the private land prom queen event.
Joe proof bullet slinger wpns count..... 👍👍👍 And even then Joe can find a way for a WTF moment at times. Last thing any Joe needs is a prom queen rifle instead of a wpn... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
