Point well taken, DancesWithGuns... I agree with you. But, I am a big-guy, and don't find an 06 kick objectionable at all, and don't have trouble "staying with the shot" and shooting little groups... I suppose it's all pretty subjective based on the size of the shooter, weight and setup of the rifle, etc. etc. (But I do agree with your point)
