In my opinion, the local cop could have made a judgement call and told them to go back to the fire. However he did not.
In my opinion operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol is illegal.
But you spin it.... Whatever helps you sleep at night.
But, don't ever say anything about people who make excuses for their criminal family members.
Wrong is wrong.
So is riding your John deer mower while drinkin a few beers , mowing your lawn on your property, while technically illegal in many states... is that wrong because it is against the "law" ?
Some people need to get a life and mind their own business.....

The guy who posted his family business online, or the guy who posted directly to him?
Or maybe the guy who just inserted himself into the conversation with some lawncare advise?
I don't think she was riding a lawn mower or cutting grass or touring a golf course. I think she was intentional in her actions. Operate a vehicle on a public roadway after drinking.
