The guy with the flesh wound to the arm still has the handgun in his grasp, I'm thinking that's obviously self defence, the skater dude had just failed to kill the shooter with a strike to the head, right before he became dead, that one kinda looks like justifiable homicide to me.
As far as I'm concerned, any Commie that get's killed while rioting is justifiable homicide at this point.
