Not sure what living in a modular house has to do with anything. Sometimes that is the quickest way to get a place to live. I know several people with a high net worth that lived in one.

Yep. Nothing wrong with a good double wide. My cousin lives in a single wide and he could buy and sell most here. I haven't counted it up lately, but he's probably pushing 2,000 acres.
