Uttar Pradesh early on liked to talk about how they beat COVID-19 with Ivermectin, but many ignore extreme lockdown measures. Ultimately, to date, they have a 1.15% death rate, on par with many others in that part of the world. India as a whole is sitting at a 1.21% death rate.
