All I've heard of are family doctors firing patients who aren't getting it or prohibiting them from face to face office visits. I don't know that that's a reason to kill somebody. I mean after all, that's slavery to compel their labor and denial of property to force them to allow people onto their private property. That's almost as bad as those liberals that wanted to force the baker to make the gay wedding cake.
