That's not mine, but I have made/used several in my youth, fun, lots of range, though takes LOTS or practice. Now the other kind, using rubber - took my share of local small game.
I think they are employed out West by a few who need to get game out their beds i.e. Mulies.
About as light as a lethal weapon can be that I know of - accuracy is 'user dependent' as always
