Don't know if this applies as "long range" but I made a 600 yard one shot kill on my buck yesterday with my FN PBR XP 300wsm..... Had it zeroed at 240 yards, dialed up 32 clicks to make the shot, waited for the wind to die down a bit, held right on and it was bang flop.....
