Here's my current go-to. Deviations from photo are Stiller 20 MOA rail w/ Burris XTR rings and the 4.5-14 has been replaced with a 3-9 Conquest with a #4 reticle and turrets. Wouldn't be considered light by all, but is definitely lighter than some on this thread. Shoots too...
