Just for your information, I have a Remington 700 VSFS in .308 that goes 10.5 lbs. empty and w/o a sling. Has a Leupold VariXIII w/ target knobs. Has had it's factory trigger rebuilt, and has an M40A1 FP&TG. The intallation of which increased the magaziner capacity to 5 rds. The fluted barrel is 26 inches long and it has a .800 muzzle. Steel Badger one piece, 20 MOA base and steel Leupold Mk.4 Rings. Shoots many loads from .4 MOA to about .7. E
