Our roads have no fog line for peddlers to ride... you are by god on the road or off the road.

But people who pay taxes at the pump for their cars sometimes ride bicycles too. And sometimes they ride em' on the road. They get to, whether impatient drivers like it it not...whether drivers are 'inconvienced' by it or not. Those folks in the video 'did' have a fog line, and they 'were' way over on the shoulder.

Does the law 'there' specifically forbid bicyclists and pedestrians from also using the roads...? If not, then they get to use em' too, regardless of who does or doesn't like it. If the law says they are allowed to use the road, 'you' still say they "need" to recreate somewhere else so 'you' won't be inconvenienced...?
