I used to think like that.

Then I realized there are never enough people to get rid of.

Things will never be perfect. There will always be SOMEONE that NEEDS thrown out.

The thing to do is realize how to deal with different personalities and move forward.



Steelhead got cut out and it's more peaceful for it.
