How about the possibility of murder suicide or suicide pact using injections of succinycholine chloride. I've heard that a small amount of this would cause breathing cessation and death. And not detectable by autopsy that would probably miss a microscopic needle mark. A reprobate doctor once told me a doctor could kill you with a small needle and no one would be the wiser.
Was reading somewhere that they can test for it now.
