He couldn't stick to his guns. He owned the shutdown by his own very public admissions. The length of the shut down went past the breaking point and he had to give in. There was no way to spin it any other way and Piglosi knew that. She had the power since Trump took ownership.....and the blame. My bet is he will get done his term without his wall.
