Sure looks to the average guy on the street, that Trump is slowly caving. Sure do not see where he is gaining anything. Maybe one of you folks with better foresight could explain hs way of thinking?
It ALL depends on whether or not he declares an emergency and starts building a wall. At least now he can say he tried to negotiate, and democrats refused to come to the table.
