If the president does decide to declare a national emergency, I wish his team would adopt the tactic that I've heard the Obamaists used and get someone to file suit against his executive order quickly in a court that would likely uphold Trump. You know, kind of a fake attack that would fail and then the army could proceed to build the barrier unimpeded by the courts. The reason this wall is being opposed is twofold, one it would work, and Trump must be driven from office.
