All deer in fact. Throw in the fat from over the muscle, in the innards, and bone marrow, and yer good to go. Eskimos to this day have a fixation on "fat animals, and bone marrow, as did most "subsistence" hunters

Musk ox, on the other hand have marbled meat, and it is excellent!
