I've done no such think. I didn't "reject Blackstone", I demonstrated the flaws of this particular line of argument. Accepting his positions is not all "all or nothing" proposition, each of his positions must stand or fall on their own merit. This particular argument stands on nothing and fails it's burden of proof by every standard.
