So, we should smite the homeless or not? Drug addicts? Dealers? Pornographers? If I was a pornographer, would I want you to smite me? Who's the authority on this?
I find it interesting how you like to pretend there are no responsibilities in normative ethics, and how reciprocity and fairness includes both positive and negative actions.
