You cannot have it both ways. It is obvious you have never read Blackstone His definition of what the law is comes at the beginning... Everything that comes later depends on the foundation stone he lays down first. You should really take some time away from these boards to read books.
Any truly moral position can be justified without appealing to the supernatural. So far I haven't seen any justification from you that didn't, at it's root have such an appeal.
