I personally carry a SIG P938 in a Desantis Soft Tuk IWB. I would recommend it highly as well as their Kimber and Springfield equals. I would also take a hard look at the P365, Shield, or Glock 43 or 43X if you prefer striker fired. I also carry a bobbed S&W 637 (a hand full to shoot with +P's) with a belt clip built into the grip for some summer dress applications.
I personally wouldn't carry anything in my pocket.
