Here's my daily CC "comfort animal" smile .38 Airweight with a shrouded hammer.

Nowadays it wears an "Uncle Mike's Combat Grip", picture that grip but longer and rounded. Only barely concealed in some of my pants but easier and more consistent when gripped in a hurry. I wear long shirts untucked anyhow.

The Inside the Pocket holster is a Remora, easily the best I've found. The wide profile squares it in the pocket while the rough finish grips the pocket so the holster says in place when the gun is drawn. A fairly stiff holster too, holds its shape when empty, easier to put the gun back in.
