If I had to guess, it would be:

1. Cost of raw material
2. Availability of raw material
3. Cost of manufacturing with stainless
4. Cost of cerakote vs. stainless

We need more stainless hunting rifles.

I enjoy handguns and I really like shotguns,...but I love rifles!
