Whether or not GHWB was in Dallas on Nov 22 1963.....Whether or not there was an additional Mauser rifle found on the 6th floor....Whether or not this or that, or that or this 1000 times over and then some....

The best way to determine a conspiracy aka more than one shooter or if Oswald acted alone is what? What is the best possible evidence in this entire case? Even set aside the Z film.

THE CONDITION OF THE BODY AFTER THE SHOOTING IN PARKLAND HOSPITAL......period......THE BODY,,,,THE BODY,,,,THE BODY....

16 Parkland docs saw a huge several inch in diameter gaping evulsed hole at the right rear of Kennedy's skull...We they all lying? Numerous eye witnesses closer to the car at the instant of the fatal head shot who were later interviewed saw flying debris exiting from the rear of the skull. Were they lying too? The Harper Fragment which was a large piece of the rear of the skull was found many yards behind where the FATAL shot occurred ON THE SOUTH SIDE GRASS to the left rear of the limo. IMPOSSIBLE for that to be an entrance wound to the rear of the skull created from a single 6.5mm 160 gr round nosed FMJ bullet fired from the rear and from Depository as the WC says. Ballistically impossible and would have defied all bullet impact characteristics....Entrance wounds,,small holes...Exit wounds,,much larger holes whether into a skull or otherwise.

And every time you read about or hear from any pro WC supporters, never is mentioned the medical or forensic evidence let alone the eye witness doctor accounts who were there at Parkland....They use other criteria to form their opinion EXCEPT and nevermind about the body of JFK.

The govt and the WC have made fools of and continue to make fools of roughly 40 percent of the American people who believe that Oswald acted alone.

There could be a million different reasons why many believed and still believe Oswald acted alone. A few on this thread. The condition of the body "trumps" all of them. The medical and forensic evidence "trumps" them all. Not one of the 16 doctors at Parkland was called to offer testimony before the WC. Not any of the fatal shot eye witnesses at Dealey Plaza were called before the WC....

Why? Simple. Gotta keep it at 3 shots and 3 shots only and all 3 shots fired from rear and from the 6th floor window of the Depository Building to keep Oswald as the lone assassin.

As Dr. Cyril Wecht said on the Men Who Killed Kennedy mini series; paraphrasing..,,"The WC belongs in the fiction section of every library in US between Gulliver's Travels and Huckleberry Finn."
