There are learnings both bad and good to be had from all regimes. This also applies to the West. I don't agree with the execution of those who are innocent and have done nothing wrong. However, some Western countries are too weak to impose the death penalty on serial killers, child rapists, serious drug dealers etc...we can learn from other societies, even if they are our enemies.
