I'm digg'n the Crocs.
Those Crocs, with GOOD platform pedals, are actually awesome if you're gonna put 90 miles or so on a fully loaded touring bike. You have to wear real shoes when you ride gravel though, and half the 300 miles to my cabin is gravel.
I go pretty light when I tour on a bike, so they double as camp footwear and I ride with them on pavement days as well. Much lighter than dedicated bike shoes AND tennis/camp shoes. I wear trail running shoes when gravel is on the menu.
They are camo, so they come in man-card neutral.....
