After a great deal of thought about the choice of weapon for the hunt,I decided to leave the .444 guide gun at home. It is a proven stopper and has performed well. However,I will use my 1954 vintage Winchester mod.94, in .32 win. spl.. I am not a purist,just want to give this rifle the credit it deserves.....It's a personal thing. The second choice is an 870/rifled barrel and optics. Now this should be interesting!
