I think the Cleveland was more so in the 70. Although I have heard guys claim that a Cleveland was original in their 69's too.

This car is an M code VIN which means 4v 351 and I believe this one should have had a Windsor, also an auto trans.

I believe that is the plan for this car, to return it to a 351 and auto trans.
